This is my 22nd year in education and I'm heading into my fourth year as an Assistant Principal at Air Academy High School in Academy School District 20 (Colorado Springs). I'm so proud to support the students, staff, and families of AAHS. I'm also proud to be wrapping up my fifth year volunteering with InnEdCO. It's been a pleasure to serve the Colorado education community through this non-profit as well as through my work in ASD20. I'm responsible for, interested in, and/or would love to chat with folks about:- Staff professional learning- Instructional coaching- Creating relevant, student-centered learning experiences- Supporting students and staff with emotional intelligence efforts- Purposeful integration of technology (in a BYOD/1:1 environment)- Updating curriculum to be more representative/diverse- Using social media to communication/build community
